A pinch of salt, a dash of cardamom, and a sprig of fresh rosemary; the FLAVOR of Grandma's biscuits sends me right back to her kitchen every single time.

Core Concept: cohesion, planning
OOOooooOOO! Another new event! You are spoiling us before we even start!
I know this has been asked before but I never saw the answer. Where do you find an explanation of all the core concepts???
Hi Haley, we use standard definitions so they’re accessible to everyone. That way we don’t have to update a list here.
Is writing on mindfulness considered religious. Hoping it's not, thinking it probably is.
I'd argue that mindfulness is not religious, but I don't make the rules
Mindfulness would not be considered religious. Good luck!
@The Writer's Workout Great. Thank you.
Hey, is this supposed to be a continuous story, or random memories a character gets as they gobble up a dish..?
I'm confused...
If you look up the event on the tips & events page, it says the sense of taste impacts your character in remarkable ways.
In the past, all entries have had to be complete stories, so I'm thinking this is just a story where taste plays a key role in some way.
Hi Huda, We responded to this yesterday but it looks like the forum ate the comment. Jessica is right, all stories for Games must be complete, standalone works of fiction. You can also find this in rule 2.d.
Time to give those taste buds a break, Flavor is CLOSED. We'll see you back here in September for the official Events and hope you'll join us later this month for a weekend of fun mini-challenges and guessing games!
Thanks for the fun diversion! Can't wait to get started on the real thing!
Don't you love it when you re-read your submission and find an obvious typo in the first paragraph! :(
If you participated in this Mock Event, feedback for your entry is in your feedback document. Enjoy :)
